I am really starting to lose track of how long we’ve been working from home now. I think it might be 3 weeks tomorrow but it could be wrong – it’s feeling almost normal already which is very odd.
What is lovely is to see the sun is out – and although it is early April I am seeing lots of pics of friends and family looking a bit pink in the face. It is important to remember that even here in the UK the sun can be stronger than you think and catch you out.
So here is a lovely picture of me in my back garden holding my Aloe Sunscreen, which is super kind to my skin, as it contains inner aloe leaf, as well as being water-resistant and has an SPF of 30.
It’s a good job it is water-resistant as although we are being careful and keeping a social distance from our neighbours, they happened to start jet washing their garden trampoline as my daughter and I sat out in the sun so we had an impromptu shower!
I know we are really lucky to have a garden where we can sit out in the fresh air – and many people aren’t as lucky – but please take on board the current advice and don’t drive to your local park, beach or beauty spot to enjoy the sunshine – if we all did that then the government will stop everyone from going out to exercise and the actions of the few will spoil it for the sensible many.
How are you coping with the getting out in the sunshine? Please share your pictures with me, and if you haven’t managed to get any sunscreen at your local stores there is plenty in stock on my online shop – just click buy forever living and order for direct shipping to your home.
