What do you do after the Clean 9 Cleanse?

The Clean 9 is a full body cleanse, and if you don’t already know all about it please take a look at my previous posts about the Clean 9, and my earlier video diaries of day 1, day 2 and day 5 of the cleanse.

I have reached the end of my cleanse, and I feel fabulous!  I feel less bloated and I have increased energy and  I was told I was ‘glowing’ by a customer this week too, which really helps my self confidence.

The F.I.T. 1 program, is a 30 day regime which allows you to continue towards your weight management goals in a sustainable, healthy way F.I.T. 2 builds lean muscle, tones and transforms your body and is the third step in the program.

Clean 9 Cleanse Day 5 – What can you eat on Clean 9 ?

If you don’t know what the Clean 9 cleanse is, then please take a look at my previous post about the 9 Day cleanse Program, and also my previous Video diaries from Day 1, about what is included in the program, and Day 2 about the best way to prepare for your cleanse.

The common misconception about the Clean 9 is that you can’t eat at all, but this is only the case in the first 2 days. You only give your body a break from full meals at the start, then from days 3 to 9 you include a healthy 600 calorie meal into your program, either at lunch time or for an evening meal.  So tonight I recorded a video about what you can eat whilst my dinner is cooking!

You need to try and avoid processed food and high sugar and fat content whilst doing the cleanse, and if you would like to see some wonderful healthy recipes then please take a look at my previous posts All About Nutritous and Nutritious Nutrition.

Remember you also have free foods, a list of which is found in the booklet you get when you buy the program, which include many fruits and vegetables, mostly eaten raw, which are low in GI.  As of December 2016 the programme has been updated with more information about Free Foods – you can read a summary of what you need to do in my post Clean 9 Free Foods – Updated.

Following on from my fantastic weight management information evening which I hosted this week on Facebook, I thought it was only right that I did the Clean 9 cleanse program again.  OK, So I’m not quite being truth full.    My best friend basically told she me needed to do the Cleanse again after a summer of eating all the wrong things, and I was told that I was doing it too, so we can support each other through the program.

Well, why not?  I’ve had a summer eating all the wrong things too, and I feel quite bloated and sluggish, so a cleanse is just what I need.

Weight Management Supplements

I have written posts before about our weight management products, the Clean 9 Cleanse, and the F.I.T. program, but sometimes you don’t have the time, the inclination or the money to be able to follow one of our fabulous programs.  What if you want to just chose one product from our range to help you lose weight , which would you choose?  To help answer this question I am going to tell you about the supplements we have and how they help me, so you can decide which is the best supplement to help you lose weight.

Garcenia Plus – £29.26 for 70 softgel capsules.

Also known as malabar tamarind or brindle berry, Garcinia Cambogia is a tree native to Southeast Asia. Recommended dose is 1 softgel approximately 30-60 minutes before mealtimes, 3 times a day, although on the Clean 9 program you take 2 at a time.

This carefully created formula contains a special combination of vitamins, including B6 and B12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; the vitamin C will also contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Recommended dose is 2 tablets daily, one in the morning and one at lunch time or take two together on the morning.  Don’t take Therm after 6pm due to the natural caffeine content.Therm

Which should I chose?

Personally when I am very busy and need an energy boost then I take the Therm in the morning to give me a real kick start to the day.  Also when I am falling off the healthy eating wagon then the Forever Lean can help me feel not quite so bad about the foods I am eating.  The Garcenia make me to feel full and stop me from wanting to snack so much in the day.  You choose the supplement that fits your lifestyle and your biggest problem area.

Clean 9 – Free Foods

When you do your first Clean 9 (C9) Cleanse with Forever, one of the hardest things many people found was not eating ‘proper’ food in the first two days.  From day 3 you have a 600 calorie meal every day, which conversely many people struggle with eating a meal with that many calories in one go.
