Keto Fitness Club and Keto Supplies

I would not be where I am healthwise now without the help and support of Mark and Ella at Keto Fitness Club – highly recommended.  You can access the free recipe library from my link, or buy the recipe books .  If you want to try Keto and need support or just new delicious recipes, most are gluten free too, then do take a look.

Two online shops which have been invaluable in my Keto cooking are

My Protein  –  https://www.myprotein.com/referrals.list?applyCode=ALISON-R4QJ&li
and BuywholeFoodsOnline https://www.buywholefoodsonline.co.uk/rewardsref/index/refer/id/351820/

Podcasts

Gary from Grow Marketing Media https://growmarketingandmedia.com is your man if you want to look at making your own podcast. He helped me do a bookkeeping podcast and recorded, edited and published it for me. Or you can attend one of his courses and learn how to do it for yourself.

Relax Club and Hypnotherapy

If you need help to relax and would like guided hypnotherapy sessions which you can access anytime, and a weekly live session to join in with, then join me to ‘Sleep with Duncan’ at Relax Club each week.  It’s like going to the gym for your mind.  You look after your physical health so you should look after your Mental Health too. https://mindaffinity.co.uk?ref=5

Blogging and Writing

Liz of Libroediting proofread and helped me manage my blog when I first started out .  She has an excellent blog herself where she interviews small business owners, and gives many hints and tips about word usage as well as her wonderful catalogue of Troublesome Pairs – words which are commonly mixed up in the English language.

My father, Len Holder, was always a great inspiration to me.  Having  been in the Merchant Navy and then a lecturer at Liverpool Polytechnic for many years, he developed a fantastic sense of humour -and wrote two books with anecdotes from all parts of his life.  All the proceeds from the books have been donated to maritime and medical charities and we continue to sell these books in his memory..

Alison of The Proof Fairy helped me get started with my blog too: I took a remote course on blogging which got me started on the right foot.  She supports WordPress sites, proofreading, blogging and designing web sites.
